Position: Personal Assistant (PA) to Senior Leadership Team

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a member of our senior leadership team. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing communications, coordinating schedules, and handling confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritise emails, correspondence, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
• Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and basic payment administration.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and show good judgment in all interactions.
• Support ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous PA, executive assistant or strong administration experience preferred.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools.
• Discreet, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities.
