• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
• Engage with prospects and clients via Linkedin, email and over the telephone.
• Collaborate with senior brokers and participate in ongoing training sessions.
• Assist in senior meetings to excel and grow quickly.
• Track and report on sales activities and progress.
